That's why we offer the possibility to request service cancellation and a full refund (under certain conditions).
Refund conditions:A client can request a refund under several conditions:
- it is a new product/service order (no refunds possible for renewals)
- the refund request is made no later than 7 days after the service order
- the client has not received a refund in the past 2 months
